Update & Important Info:
We have officially moved to our new location! Until about March 16th we will be setting everything up and doing some finishing touches. We will update this page if we finish earlier or later. Feel free to contact us with any questions and to shop online in the mean time (pick up and shipping options available). Pictures of our new set up will be coming soon. Please note we have moved into our detached garage, feel free to park on our driveway or the street. We have fully renovated it into a cozy store. A lawn sign will be put up soon so you won’t be able to miss it. We will have lots of new handmade items coming soon that we are super excited about. Thank you for supporting us through this transition and for supporting local. Don’t forget to visit us at the Old Strathcona Farmer’s Market every Saturday and Sunday.

Genuine Gifts Ltd Return and Exchange Policy
Our goal at Genuine Gifts Ltd is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully, as the return method and timeline differ based on how your order was purchased and received.
General Policy Guidelines
Eligibility Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date (in-store) or the date of delivery/pickup (online).
Condition: All items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must be in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase (digital or physical) is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be issues right away, although you many not receive the funds for up to 7 days due to processing times
Final Sale Items: The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Clearance or discounted items (unless specified)
Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, earrings, undergarments)
Custom or personalized orders
